A Bit About Me
Real Estate continues to be a good investment. In an effort to keep up with the constant changes, I have added to my credentials. I’ve completed my Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Residential Construction Certified (RCC), and am a Certified New Home Specialist. I worked closely with a building contractor for 20 yrs and helped develop 3 Subdivisions.
I became a licensed Realtor in 1997 and have worked for Hawkeye Real Estate since. In that time, I’ve experienced a variety of market conditions and trends, including working through the Covid Era. What an interesting challenge! Regardless of the situation, I’m passionate about working hard to see that your Real Estate needs are met. I believe every client deserves my best within a foundation of ethical excellence.
