Just For Fun...

Best thing about living in Central Iowa?

Less than 90 minutes drive to Ames! Love rural Iowa because there's very little traffic and you can get places quickly, but still be close enough to restaurants & entertainment in Des Moines area.

Favorite memory from your career as a real estate agent

Rehabbing 8 vacant apartments in downtown Oskaloosa over a three month timeframe...then having them rented as quickly as they became available.

Be a proud parent. Tell us about your kids.

They're both good students, love playing & watching sports, and love the Cyclones as much as I do!

If you weren't a Realtor, what would you be doing?

Working for Iowa State University in some capacity or being a trip planner.

Which of these three do you do most? Read, watch TV or listen to music.

It's close between watching TV and listening to music. Always listening to music in my car or at home, but still proably watch TV the most.

Testimonials

"Chris made our first-time home purchase one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences. We never felt pressured and always felt like Chris was looking out for us." - Nick R.
