When determining who to list your house with
consider what others have to say about the company and its realtors. Hawkeye
Real Estate works hard to provide good customer service and values the
feedback from clients.
The Client Satisfaction Survey is a symbol of
our never ending effort to offer good quality service possible.
To ensure we’re providing good service to sellers and buyers, we send a
survey to our clients after closing asking them to rate our effectiveness
and make additional comments on the services they received. The purpose is
to help us determine if we are living up to our own standards and the
client’s expectations.
