Hello! My name is Kathleen Rodgers and I have recently joined Hawkeye Real Estate. I am looking forward to working with the Oskaloosa community and surrounding areas to help families with their changing home needs. My family and I have moved several times so I can relate to the excitement, anticipation and anxiety that go along with making such important changes in your life. I have a strong work ethic and understand the importance of having a comfortable place for your family to call home.

I graduated from the University of Iowa in 1997 with a B.A. in Interpersonal Communications. My husband Chad and I live in Oskaloosa where we both work for William Penn University. I work part-time as an academic advisor for the College of Working Adults. This leaves me plenty of time to spend with our two young children.

Although I’m not a native of Oskaloosa, the warmth and community spirit here has made it feel natural for me to call Oskaloosa home. I hope you will call on me when you need a new place to call home.
