Chris Roach, Broker Associate, established Hawkeye
Property Management in November
2001 when he joined Hawkeye Real Estate. Tiffany DeJong,
Realtor® /Administrative Assistant, joined him in 2006 to assist with
the growing responsibilities.
In October of 2004, Hawkeye Property Management
assumed management of Penn Central Mall and opened a branch office at
that location. Patti Ryan is the mall manager.
Hawkeye Property Management offers a variety of
properties including apartments, single family homes, and duplexes.
Kemble Place Apartments at 302 N. 11th St. has 24 units
including 3 bedroom duplexes and 2 bedroom town homes. All of the
apartments at Kemble Place are furnished with their own washers and
dryers and all utility costs, including cable TV, are included in the
rents. Our apartment buildings at 711, 805, and 807 N. H St. have
fourteen 1-2 bedroom units. We also have eight 1-2 bedroom units above
our offices on the square that include high-speed internet, shared
washers and dryers, and four include cable TV.
